Saint Ursula School Extended Day

 

Our Extended Day Program has been in existence for over 20 years.  It has developed in many ways and has been a great service to both parents and school alike.  I am grateful to Ms. Sharon and Ms. Kathy for their time and talents in finding ways to improve the program.

There is one area that has been an ongoing difficulty for us and it is the unknown number of registrations each year.  We understand that there are situations that occur that make it impossible to know the exact times you will need Extended Day, but we receive the largest influx of registrations in August.  This has been problematic in both staffing and budgeting.  Therefore, we have an early registration deadline of April 15th (This date usually is in everyone's mind).  The registration fee will be the same as last year (see form).  Each registration received after the deadline (April 15th) will increase by $10.00.

Hours of Operation: 

                         7:00 a.m. – 7:45 a.m.

                               2:40 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

                     

Registration Fees:

            Registration fees are non-refundable

                         One child                                           $20.00

                        Two children                                       $30.00

                        Two or more children                         $35.00

             An additional $10.00 fee will be charged after April 15^th.

 

 Cost for School Year:

 

                   $4.25 per morning or $17.50 per week

                   $9.25 per afternoon or $41.25 per week

                   Both morning and afternoon $56.75 per week

           

            Half Day Dismissal:

                   $7.25 for those enrolled in the weekly plan

                   $9.25 for those enrolled in the part time plan

                    Extra charge represents additional hours (11:40 a.m. – 2:40 p.m.)
