Harvest Festival

The Harvest Festival is an annual tradition at St. Ursula School and is an event the entire St. Ursula Harvest Festival community looks forward to each year. The Harvest Festival includes fun family games, crafts, delicious food, prize wheels, and much more! All children attend the Harvest Festival during school on the Thursday before the Festival Weekend. They are also encouraged to return on the weekend with their friends and family.

Harvest Festival 2023 is scheduled for Thursday, October 10th (in-school only); Friday, October 11th (5-9 p.m.); and Saturday, October 12th (5-9 p.m.).

Volunteers

Harvest Festival is a great opportunity to jump start your annual service hours. This huge event requires many volunteers and we need your help in order for it to be successful. Service hours are given for help setting up on Tuesday and Wednesday evening, working Thursday during the day, Friday and Saturday evening, Sunday clean-up, and Monday supply pick-up. Please sign up by Sunday, October 1st.

Student Raffle

Purchase raffle tickets for either cash prizes or amazing gift cards, including Amazon, Dicks Sporting Goods, and Hershey Park! Order by Thursday, October 12th . Winners will be drawn before close of school on that Thursday. Please print and submit tickets to the school office in envelopes marked as listed below.

Game Tickets & Decorate the Festival

Tickets will be used for all games at the Harvest Festival (except Instant Bingo and 50/50) as well as for sweet treats and other food. Money cannot be accepted at any gaming booths. Cake Donations

Earn 1 hour for each of the following:  2 cakes, 36 cupcakes, 24 individual brownies (13x9 dish) (Limit 4 hours from baking items for Harvest Festival)  Homemade items only! – No store-bought items count toward service hours. Please label your dessert.

Grades 1 & 29:55 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Raffles

50/50 Raffle

We will again be holding our 50/50 Raffle. We will split the pot equally between the winner and St. Ursula School. There will also be a $100 prize awarded to the seller of the winning ticket. Each family is asked to sell 10 tickets but you can certainly sell more! The drawing will take place on the last night of the festival, October 12th, at approximately 9:00 p.m. Please look for the raffle tickets to be sent home. Service hours do not apply.
